SATA -> eSATA / micro SATA
The External SATA (abbreviation of the English "External Serial Advanced Technology Attachment"), in the abbreviation eSATA, is a standard interface used to connect external devices or peripherals (such as external hard drives) with personal computers. To all intents and purposes it is a SATA interface with a connector of a different shape and carried outside the computer. The transmission speed can reach 6 Gigabit per second (Gbit / s) in the case of eSATA with SATA 6G interface
